Inspiration is drawn from the area’s historical name, Kingsnote, to come up with a scheme that aligns with regal heritage but with modern sophistication.The traditional classical majestic columns and ornate cornices evoke the grandeur of bygone eras. These elements are redesigned with a modern sensibility of minimalist detailing infusing the old with the new life.The facade is painted in rich palette of royal purple that is contrasted with shades of grey and a neutral white primary canvas, striking a visual statement attracting tenants.
